PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occupancy of the memory bus bandwidth of a shared memory by an image display control device with a simple and inexpensive configuration when an image is displayed on an image display device.SOLUTION: An image display control device includes a basic data storage part for storing basic data: compares a pixel value of image data for the (N+1)th frame being read out from a shared memory with these of the basic data for each pixel at the time of refreshment from the Nth frame to the (N+1)th frame when the (N+1)th frame is the same as the (N+2)th frame; reads out pixels having different pixel values from the shared memory in the compared result when the (N+2)th frame is displayed on an image display part; reads out the same pixels from the basic data storage part; and uses them as image data for displaying the (N+2)th frame on the image display part.
