PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shift circuit that occupies a small circuit area and operates at a high speed.SOLUTION: A level shift circuit 10 includes: a potential conversion section 11 for converting a first potential of an input signal and a second potential of the input signal to a third potential and a fourth potential, respectively; a capacitance section 12 including a first electrode 1Ed and a second electrode 2Ed, of which the first electrode 1Ed is electrically connected to an input section IN and the second electrode 2Ed is electrically connected to an output node (NODE A) of the potential conversion section 11; and a buffer section 13 for converting the third potential to a fifth potential and converting the fourth potential to a sixth potential. The capacitance section 12 can quickly reflect the input signal in a potential of the output node (NODE A) of the potential conversion section 11 by capacitive coupling to implement a level shift circuit capable of high speed operation. |
