PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of vehicle stop determination with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A vehicle stop determination device 100 comprises: an acceleration sensor 110 which detects acceleration of a vehicle; a wheel speed sensor 120 which detects a rotating speed of a wheel of the vehicle; and a stop determination section 130 which determines whether or not the vehicle is stopped on the basis of the acceleration detected by the acceleration sensor 110 and the rotating speed detected by the wheel speed sensor 120. The stop determination section 130 determines that the vehicle is stopped when a change rate of the acceleration detected by the acceleration sensor 110 is smaller than a preliminarily set threshold and the rotating speed detected by the wheel speed sensor 120 is smaller than the preliminarily set threshold. |
