An optical image capturing lenses includes, in order from an object side to an image side, a first lens element with refractive power, a second lens element with negative refractive power, a third lens element with refractive power, a fourth lens element with positive refractive power, a fifth lens element with refractive power and a sixth lens element with refractive power. The first lens element has a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface. The second lens element has a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface. The fifth lens element is made of plastic material, and two surfaces of the fifth lens element are aspheric. The sixth lens element has a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface and is made of plastic material, the surfaces of the sixth lens element are aspheric, and the image-side surface thereof has at least one inflection point.

1. An optical image capturing lenses comprising, in order from an object side to an image side:
a first lens element with refractive power having a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface; a second lens element with negative refractive power having a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface; a third lens element having refractive power, a fourth lens element having positive refractive power, a fifth lens element with refractive power made of plastic material, wherein an object-side surface and an image-side surface of the fifth lens element are aspheric; and a sixth lens element with refractive power having a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface and made of plastic material, wherein the object-side surface and the image-side surface of the sixth lens element are aspheric, and the image-side surface of the sixth lens element has at least one inflection point thereon; wherein the optical image capturing lenses has a total of six lens elements with refractive power, wherein there is an air gap in a paraxial region between any two of the first lens element, the second lens element, the third lens element, the fourth lens element, the fifth lens element and the sixth lens element that are adjacent to each other.
