1. A system comprising:
a base including at least two longitudinally extending channels; first and second arms, each arm arranged in one of the channels; and an arm positioning device coupled between the base and the arms, wherein the arm positioning device is arranged and configured to extend or retract one of the first and second arms upon extension or retraction of the other of the first and second arms, wherein the arm positioning device maintains ends of the first and second arms substantially equidistant from the base.
