<p>Disclosed is an embedded electric hoist, comprising a rope roll bracket, a steel-wire rope roll (6), a press line structure (7), a motor (14), a rope roll gear ring (24), a motor seat (16), a gear box body (12) and a gear drive structure, wherein the rope roll bracket is formed by the fixed connection of a left and a right machine frame side plates (3, 11); the steel-wire rope roll (6) is arranged on the left and the right machine frame side plates (3, 11); the gear box body (12) is fixed on the right machine frame side plate (11); the motor seat (16) is fixed on the gear box body (12); the motor (14) is arranged in the steel-wire rope roll (6) and is fixed on the motor seat (16); the rope roll gear ring (24) is fixed on the steel-wire rope roll (6) and is arranged in the gear box body (12); the gear drive structure is arranged between the gear box body (12) and the motor seat (16); and an output gear shaft (15) drives the rope roll gear ring (24) to rotate via the gear drive structure. After using the structure, the present invention has the advantages of a simple and compact structure, small volume, high drive efficiency, convenient installation and use, compact and regular winding displacement, long service life, etc.</p> |
