<p>[Problem] In a social networking service, to provide a technology that enables a counselor relevant to specific conditions to be allocated to a general user having specific attributes. [Solution] An information processing system according to one aspect of the present invention is for providing a social networking service, and is provided with the following: a symbol identification section for identifying a symbol detected from an image in which is captured the symbol which indicates prescribed information along with the skin of a general user who undergoes skin counseling in the social networking service; and a counselor allocation section for allocating to the general user a counselor who, in the social networking service, provides skin counseling on the basis of the condition of the general user's skin as captured in the image, and who corresponds to the prescribed information indicated by the identified symbol.</p> |
