The present invention relates to a system and method for providing moving route information for the disabled. More specifically, the system and method are capable of providing the walk-disabled or the blind with information on a moving route by identifying convenient means, which are installed around buildings or facilities such as roads, by calculating a score for each convenient means to calculate an access index, and by providing route information based on the places where the convenient means for the disabled are installed. According to the present invention, the disabled can easily receive the access index of a certain building or facility when the disabled, who have limited mobility, intend to go to a building or a facility, thereby predicting, in advance, the convenience of movement. |
