The present invention relates to a rainwater storage tank which is built by installing a reinforcement in a mold and coupling precast members prepared by curing and finishing poured concrete. The rainwater storage tank includes: precast members including a precast pillar, a precast floor, a precast wall, and a precast upper plate which are assembled and coupled together on a tank foundation of the rainwater storage tank; a coupling mounting unit which is assembled with the tank foundation or the precast members and includes a slot on a hollow box body; and a semi-automatic coupling unit which is coupled to the coupling mount unit through the slot by the twist-rotation or screw-rotation of a rotary coupling block touching the outer edge of the slot on the coupling mounting unit.
