PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable absorbent article which can effectively absorb sweat and is hardly broken in wearing.SOLUTION: A disposable absorbent article 1 includes an absorbent body 5 having a surface sheet 11, a rear surface sheet, and an absorber 13. An exterior sheet 6 having a sweat-absorbing property is disposed on a rear surface side of the absorbent body 5. The disposable absorbent article 1 has an abdominal side waistline part 2, a crotch part 3, and a back side waistline part 4 and is worn in the form of underpants in which a waistline opening part and a pair of opening parts around legs are formed. The exterior sheet 6 has a back side part 15 constituting the back side waistline part 4 and also has an abdominal side part 14 constituting the abdominal side waistline part 2. Further, a reinforcement sheet 24 with hydrophilicity is arranged on at least one of the back side part 15 and the abdominal side part 14. |
