PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule management device, method and program capable of temporarily setting the end scheduled date of a case including a request for decision, and confirming or reviewing a settlement schedule before the progress of the case.SOLUTION: A management server 10 includes: a specification part 111 for specifying the approver of a request for decision accompanied by a case in a work flow in accordance with a person in charge of the case; an extraction part 112 for extracting an approval enabling date from the schedule data of the specified approver; and a setting part 113 for setting the extracted approval enabling date as the approval scheduled date of the request for decision.
