PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source unit in which a cover member and an end cap can be mounted easily while suppressing increase in work time, and a lighting fixture using the same.SOLUTION: A cover member 23 has a first leg part 233 and a second leg part 234 extending to a mounting member 21 side from both ends in the width direction. The mounting member 21 is configured by: a bottom surface part 211; and a first side surface part 212 and a second side surface part 213 extending from both ends in the width direction of the bottom surface part 211. At both ends of the first side surface part 212 in the longitudinal direction, a pair of first caulking pieces 212b is provided, and at both ends of the second side surface part 213 in the longitudinal direction, a pair of second caulking pieces 213b is provided. Then, in a state where the cover member 23 is mounted on the mounting member 21, the first leg part 233 is held between the pair of first caulking pieces 212b and the first side surface part 212, and also, the second leg part 234 is held between the pair of second caulking pieces 213b and the second side surface part 213. |
