PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature adjusting device capable of adjusting the temperature of a battery at low cost.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a temperature adjusting device which is equipped with a plurality of battery cells. This device includes: at least two insertion members having an insertion part arranged between battery cells so as to be thermally connected to the battery cell and a protrusion arranged so as to protrude from between the battery cells, respectively; and a thermal transport member which is joined to at least two protrusions in a state of being thermally connected at least the two protrusions.
