PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition low in dielectric constant and excellent in dielectric breakdown property even when molded as a thin wall, and to provide a coating material and an insulation material using the same.SOLUTION: There are provided a resin composition which can be obtained by melting and mixing a mixture containing 100 pts.mass of (A) a polyarylene sulfide resin and 25 to 280 pts.mass of (B) a syndiotactic polystyrene resin, and a coating material containing the resin composition and an insulation material manufactured by molding the resin composition. The insulation composition can be applied to a wire coating material, a motor insulator and the like. |
