PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solid preparation containing poorly water-soluble telmisartan, the method capable of industrially inexpensively and rapidly manufacturing a granulated material in which telmisartan can be released and dissolved quickly even in a neutral pH range, without tableting disorder, by compression tableting processes.SOLUTION: In manufacturing processes of granules, use of a solution in which telmisartan is dissolved in an aqueous solution of pH 10.0 to 13.5 containing a basic amino acid and an inorganic base can release and dissolve telmisartan quickly within a gastrointestinal tract, and thereby granulated materials can be industrially inexpensively and rapidly manufactured without tableting disorder by compression tableting processes. L-arginine is preferred as a basic amino acid, and sodium hydroxide is preferred as an inorganic base. |
