PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant supply device capable of easily changing a pressing force of lubricant against a lubricant supply member.SOLUTION: A lubricant supply device includes lubricant 60, a lubricant supply member 61 that supplies the lubricant 60 to a lubricant supply target, and an elastic body 66 that applies an urging force so as to press the lubricant 60 against the lubricant supply member 61. The lubricant supply device further includes support members 65 that support ends of the elastic body 66 and are configured to be movable in an urging direction of the elastic body 66, and a plurality of holding parts 91a and 91b that hold the respective support members 65 at different positions over the urging direction of the elastic body 66.
