PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire manufacturing method which can manufacture a tire excellent in adhesiveness between precured members and peeling resistance between those with high productivity.SOLUTION: A tire manufacturing method where a precured tread and a crown part of a precured tire casing are bonded to each other includes the steps of: (a) molding and vulcanizing a non-vulcanized tread and a non-vulcanized tire casing respectively to produce the precured tread and the precured tire casing; (b) shaving off surface layer rubber of a bonding surface of the precured tread and surface layer rubber of a bonding surface of the crown part of the precured tire casing; (c) sticking the precured tread to the outer periphery of the crown part of the precured tire casing through a non-vulcanized cushion rubber layer to produce a tread-stuck tire casing on the bonding surface; and (d) heating the tread-stuck tire casing to covulcanization-bond the precured tread to the outer periphery of the crown part of the precured tire casing. |
