<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for diagnosing deterioration of a battery pack, even under floating charge, highly accurately measuring deterioration diagnosis of each storage battery of the battery pack for a short period of time without interrupting the charging.SOLUTION: A method for diagnosing a deterioration state of a battery pack by discharging the battery pack constituted of a plurality of batteries under floating charge, comprises the steps of: obtaining difference between voltage during floating charge with current having a discharge current of 0.02 CA or more and voltage in discharging that is the voltage collected from discharge start time in the discharge used as a start point from 0.001 seconds to 0.01 seconds; and dividing the difference by the discharge current to obtain internal resistance of the battery.</p> |
