1. A composition comprising:
(a) mineral oil; (b) at least about 10% by weight of one or more compounds in accordance with Formula II: where R′ is —CF3 and each R is independently Cl, F or H, provided that at least one R on the unsaturated terminal carbon is chlorine, and wherein (i) said one or more compounds a of Formula 11 include no substantial amount of 1,2-dichloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene and (ii) the acute toxicity level of said one or more compounds of Formula II is at least 30 relative percent less than the acute toxicity level of 1,2-dichloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene.1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoro-1-propene (CF313 CH═CHCl).
