The present invention provides a site booking method, apparatus, and conferencing system. The method comprises: a site booking device obtaining position information and conference time information of multiple participants in a participant list; the site booking device obtaining schedule information and position information of multiple sites; the site booking device comparing the position information and conference time information of the multiple participants with the position information and the schedule information of the multiple sites respectively, to obtain a first comparison result; and the site booking device allocating, to the multiple participants according to the first comparison result, from the multiple sites, a site that meets a distance requirement and is idle in a time indicated by the conference time information. According to embodiments of the present invention, a site booking device can be used to automatically allocate a site for a participant, so that the site can be rapidly booked with less effort.
