Provided is a monoclonal antibody having an affinity for tumor cell extracellular ectopic expression PALP and/or IALP antigens, and capable of inhibiting tumor cell growth and metastasis; the amino acid sequence of a light chain variable region at an antigen binding site in the antibody molecule Fab segment is represented by SEQ ID NO:2, and the amino acid sequence of a heavy chain variable region is represented by SEQ ID NO:4. Also provided are uses of the monoclonal antibody in the preparation of drugs for treating and preventing digestive tract tumors or digestive tract tumor metastasis, a detection kit containing the monoclonal antibody and pharmaceutical compositions, and a preparation method of the monoclonal antibody.
