<p>Disclosed are an access control method for carrier aggregation between base stations, an access method, an apparatus, a base station, a user equipment, and a mobility management entity. The method comprises: receiving a radio resource management measurement report sent by a user equipment that supports carrier aggregation; obtaining, according to the radio resource management measurement report, one secondary cell frequency that is selected by a target serving node to which a secondary cell belongs for the user equipment, and a corresponding uplink random access physical resource block resource; sending the secondary cell frequency and the corresponding uplink random access physical resource block resource to the user equipment, so that the user equipment initiates random access on the secondary cell according to the secondary cell frequency and the corresponding uplink random access physical resource block resource, and establishes a radio link. In embodiments of the present invention, when a serving node to which a primary cell belongs is different from a serving node to which a secondary cell belongs, the success rate of random access, of a user equipment with carrier aggregation, on the secondary cell is improved, and the throughput performance of a network is further improved.</p> |
