The present invention relates to a real-time communication service system and a method thereof between a seller and a buyer by using a mobile terminal in order to check information as soon as the information is delivered by delivering information related to the provision and subscription, question and answer, and ordering and processing situation of products between the seller and the buyer which are targeted by using a mobile terminal and performing a process of notifying a real-time reception of the delivered information. The present invention for the forementioned enables an efficient real-time communication in both directions in a state of being disconnected with a shopping mall site between a seller and a buyer or between a seller and a customer by providing the method and the system, to provide a real-time communication service between a seller and a buyer by using a mobile terminal, which includes: a first user terminal, a second user terminal, and a third user terminal which are connected to a real-time information delivery service providing server through a wireless network; and the real-time information delivery service providing server which delivers information related to a product inquiry or order, an answer about the inquiry, or a processing situation of the order from the first to third user terminals in real time to user terminals of a customer member, a retail dealer member, or a wholesale dealer member who is targeted by receiving the forementioned information with target member information. |
