PURPOSE: A method for extracting an extracellular matrix from placenta is provided to save cost and time during extraction, to minimize immune response, and to enable wound healing and skin regeneration. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting an extracellular matrix from placenta comprises: a step of collecting a placenta tissue from human body or an animal body; a step of crushing the placenta tissue; a step of centrifuging the placenta tissue and collecting precipitate containing the extracellular matrix; and a step of treating the precipitate with a surfactant to remove cell components. A scaffold for skin wound healing using the extracellular matrix extract is prepared by freeze-drying.
