PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method and a program for image acquisition capable of acquiring a spectroscopic image having high registration accuracy.SOLUTION: The image acquisition device includes: a camera 11, having at least three-channel spectral sensitivity, for acquiring an image of an imaging object 20; an optical filter 12 to be disposed in front of the lens of the camera 11, for producing the same spectral sensitivity in at least one channel and different spectral sensitivity in other channels among the spectral sensitivity provided in the camera 11; and an image processing unit 15 for acquiring spectrum from image information acquired by the camera 11 when the optical filter 12 is not disposed and an image acquired when the optical filter 12 is disposed. |
