PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder supply device capable of easily and stably supplying powder to organic waste.SOLUTION: A powder supply device 11 includes a fitting part 12 to which a vessel 71 for housing powder is fitted, a powder flow path 13 through which powder flows, and a gate valve 14 for opening/closing the powder flow path 13. The powder supply device 11 further includes a blast part 15 for sending air to the powder flow path 13 from the outside of the powder flow path 13. The powder flow path 13 is preferred to contain a lower side powder flow path 32 which extends downward vertically from the gate valve 14. The powder supply device 11 is preferred to further contain an excitation part 20 for exciting the powder flow path 13. |
