A cell culture vessel (1) provided with: a vessel main body (10) having an opening (11); a cap (20) removably mounted on the opening (11); a gas-permeable region (22) for permitting the passage of gas, having liquid tightness and being provided in the cap (20); and a film (30) which allows cultured cells to adhere thereto, disposed in the interior of the vessel main body (10). The film (30) is preferably housed in the vessel main body (10) in a folded state folded by a plurality of folding lines (31) extending parallel to each other at a predetermined distance.</p>
