PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor having a larger capacitance in comparison to a capacitor in which only a solid electrolyte is used as its dielectric.SOLUTION: A capacitor (1) comprises: a solid electrolytic material (3); and electrodes (5 and 7) formed on the solid electrolytic material (3), and opposed to each other through the solid electrolytic material (3). The solid electrolytic material (3) includes: an oxide-based lithium ion-conducting solid electrolyte as a base material; and oxide particles including part of elements included in the base material. |
