PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator inner seal structure of a rotary vane steering machine capable of increasing working oil pressure.SOLUTION: Respective segments 11h of a housing 11 comprise a segment longitudinal slit 11q and a segment top face lateral slit 50, and a segment longitudinal seal 11o and a segment top face lateral seal 51 are held by the respective slits, and the segment top face lateral seal 51 has the same cross-sectional shape as the segment longitudinal seal 11o, and in a linkage part between the segment top face lateral seal 51 and the upper end of the segment longitudinal seal 11o, a space of a back face of the segment longitudinal seal 11o and a space of a back face of the segment top face lateral seal 51 are communicated, and working pressure oil from working fluid chambers 15a, 15c or 15b, 15d becoming the high pressure side guided to the back face of the segment longitudinal seal 11o, acts on the back face of the segment top face lateral seal 51. |
