PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for crack inspection and visual inspection capable of performing inspection, distinguishing a surface flaw or the like and a crack spreading inside, of transmissive material.SOLUTION: The device for crack inspection and visual inspection comprises: a first light source for irradiating a surface of an object to be inspected with light of a first wavelength; a second light source for irradiating the surface of the object to be inspected with light of a second wavelength different from the first wavelength; a detection part for detecting emission light of the first wavelength emitted from the surface after internal scattering of the light of the first wavelength incident on the object to be inspected, and reflected light of the second wavelength on the surface of the object to be inspected; a shading member disposed between the first light source and the detection part, for performing shading so that direct light from the first light source and primary reflected light being light radiated from the first light source and reflected on the surface of the object to be inspected are not detected directly at the detection part; and a distinction part for calculating intensity change of the emission light of the first wavelength and the reflected light of the second wavelength along a direction connecting the first light source to the second light source, and distinguishing a surface flaw and a crack spreading inside, of the object to be inspected. |
