PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device and a mounting unit capable of preventing the mixture of a noise in a sensor output without eliminating the need for wiring construction.SOLUTION: A measurement circuit (4) for measuring a voltage to be obtained from currents corresponding to the voltage of a power line (2) generated in a probe (6) mounted on the coating of the power line (2) so as to be connected to the conductor of the power line (2) in a non-contact state is disposed in a sensor casing (5). A ground line (7) for signal of the measurement circuit (4) is connected to a metal plate (8). Predetermined capacitance is formed between a power distribution board casing (1) in which the power line (2) is wired, and which is grounded via the sensor casing (5) formed of resin as an insulating material and the metal plate (8). Noise currents are allowed to flow via the capacitance to the ground so that the noise currents flowing through the measurement circuit (4) can be reduced.
