<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively enhance the convenience of a service purchaser.SOLUTION: When a check-in operation to a seller's store is performed in a purchaser terminal 10, a purchase and sale support server 14 provides a store terminal 12 with a face photograph of a purchaser. When the purchaser purchases a service at the store, the store terminal 12 makes the purchaser select the face photograph of the purchaser, and notifies the purchase and sale support server 14 of a settlement request specifying the purchaser whose face photograph is selected. The purchase and sale support server 14 uses registration information by the purchaser, and executes electronic settlement of a service price. The purchase and sale support server 14 acquires an actual service providing state at the seller's store from the store terminal 12, estimates a waiting time at the store on the basis of acquired information, and provides the purchaser terminal 10 with an estimated value of the waiting time during the check-in operation by the purchaser.</p> |
