<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for detecting bounce of a pantagraph of high precision, capable of detecting only ultraviolet light in arc light caused by bouncing between a trolley wire and a slider, by eliminating effect of ultraviolet ray from a fluorescent lamp, a mercury lamp, and a signal lamp.SOLUTION: The ultraviolet light whose wavelength is shorter than a mercury lamp is selected and converted to visible light, which is guided into a car through an optical fiber, for measuring light quantity, so that bouncing of a pantagraph is detected.</p> |
