The present invention reduces or interrupts output power of a cell pack connected to an electrical device in response to an irregularity. This cell pack (2) is provided with: a first power control circuit removably connected to an electrical device main body (1) having a switch (10), and adapted for outputting to the electrical device main body a first signal allowing supply of power to the electrical device main body (1) when the switch (10) is operated; a second switching element (39) provided in a power supply path for supplying power to the electrical device main body (1); and a second power control circuit for outputting to the second switching element (39) a second signal for reducing or interrupting power supplied to the electrical device main body (1) when an irregularity occurs in the cell pack (2). |
