This valve comprises a body (4) having an inlet orifice (6) and an outlet orifice (8), a non-return valve element (10) mounted with the ability to move relative to the body (4) and a control member (30) mounted with the ability to move relative to the body (4) and connected to the valve element (10) with clearance to move, the control member (30) being moveable into a one-way flow position in which the clearance for movement allows the valve element (10) to open and to close, and into a forced closed position in which the control member (30) immobilizes the valve element (10) in a closed position.
