<p>A novel solar reflector and manufacturing process thereof, the reflector comprising a glass substrate (1), a metallic reflective layer (2), and paint film protective layers (3, 4, 5), each layer being closely bonded to the neighboring layers, characterized in that the paint film protective layers (3, 4, 5) are epoxy resin paint. The solar reflector not only has good sunlight reflectivity, but also high weather resistance (acid resistance, alkali resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, wind resistance, and sandstorm resistance), high hardness and long service life, and can be widely used in solar thermal power generating equipment.</p> |
