PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably swell and develop an air bag on a side wall inside a vehicle.SOLUTION: An air bag 10 has a swelling part 30 swelling by gases and is placed above a side wall. A plurality of joint members 40, 50 join the air bag 10 to a vehicle body, and is pulled between the vehicle body and the air bag 10 which swells and develops. The swelling part 30 of the air bag 10 has an end swelling part 34 positioned at an end part in the back and forth direction of the swelling part 30. The plurality of joint members 40, 50 have: support members 40 which support the end swelling part 34 from the side wall side and push it inward the vehicle; and tension members 50 which are attached to the air bag 10 nearer on the end part 21 side of the air bag 10 than fitting positions T1 of the support members 40 and pull the end swelling part 34 toward the vehicle body. |
