PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite resin composition in which magnesium oxide fine particles with a particle diameter of a nanometer order are effectively dispersed in a polyimide resin or a polyamic acid resin.SOLUTION: The invention is related to a composite resin composition including: (A) a polyimide resin or a polyamic acid resin which is a precursor of the polyimide resin; and (B) magnesium-based fine particles which have an average particle diameter of 500 nm or less and which include at least one magnesium component of magnesium oxide and magnesium hydroxide and an organic component.
