PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device that prevents leakage of a cooling fluid in the device during transport, and an image forming apparatus that includes the cooling device.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 comprises a cooling device 100. The cooling device 100 includes a conveying unit 102, and a cooling unit 130. The conveying unit 102 includes a cooling belt unit 102 having a cooling belt 110, and a conveying belt unit 103 having a conveying belt 120 facing the cooling belt 110, and conveys sheets while holding the sheets between the cooling belt 110 and the conveying belt 120. The cooling unit 130 forms a flow passage 137 through which cooling water flows, includes a cooling tube unit 132 provided inside the cooling belt 110 and a pump 141 supplying the cooling water to the flow passage 137, and is connected with the conveying unit 102 to cool the sheets through the cooling belt 110. The conveying unit 101 and the cooling unit 130 move as one body. |
