<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for detecting and tracking the existence, location, indication direction and/or movement of a hand or a hand segment received by an input source.SOLUTION: A step for identifying a location 204 of a hand, a hand segment and a fingertip and a tracking step 206 can be performed with the use of a ball-fit method. The analysis result 214 of the locations of a hand, a hand segment and a fingertip and tracking data 210 can be used for an input into various systems and devices.</p> |
