PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner excellent in low-temperature fixability, high-temperature releasability, storage property, and durability.SOLUTION: (1) The electrophotographic toner comprises at least a colorant, a binder resin, and a release agent; and the toner contains a crystalline resin as the binder resin and a higherα-olefin wax prepared by copolymerizing higherα-olefin with styrene as the release agent, and has a crystallization degree of 0.10 or more by X-ray diffraction analysis. (2) In the electrophotographic toner described in (1), the above crystalline resin has a urethane skeleton and/or a urea skeleton. (3) A nonmagnetic single-component developer is provided, which uses the above electrophotographic toner. |
