Disclosed are an information processing method, retrieving method, device, user terminal and server, the retrieving method comprising: a first user terminal receives the address information transmitted by a second user terminal for saving an encrypted file of the user of the second user terminal; acquiring the private information, the non-private information and a shared key corresponding to the address information from a cloud server and a trusted server; acquiring the address information of a file to be accessed by retrieving the private information and the non-private information; acquiring from the cloud server a first encrypted file corresponding to the address information of the file to be accessed; decrypting, via the shared key, the first encrypted file to acquire the file to be accessed. The present invention introduces a trusted server during the information retrieval process, such that an encrypted file uploaded to a cloud server by a user terminal can be retrieved by a trusted third-party user terminal, thus taking full advantage of the cloud server performance while ensuring user file security. |
