PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hormone balance estimation device and method capable of appropriately acquiring a hormone balance state.SOLUTION: A sensor device transfers an examinee's body surface temperature detection data or the like detected during sleep to an external processing device. The processing device identifies body temperature data as a representative temperature for each measurement date on the basis of the body surface temperature data or the like, and generates a body temperature data series by connecting them in time series. The processing device calculates a cycle average temperature Tm of a menstrual cycle. When the body data exceeds the cycle average temperature Tm for 2 days straight during a prescribed phase in the menstrual cycle, the processing device determines that the examinee has transferred in a high temperature phase from the first day. |
