摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power line communication device capable of reducing an unnecessary high-frequency component generated at the turn-on and the turn-off of a switching part in transmission, and that has a higher transmission capacity compared with the conventional art.SOLUTION: A power line communication device is provided with: a switching part that uses a MOSFET as a switching element instead of a thyristor of the conventional art, a source terminal and a drain terminal of the MOSFET being connected to between power lines of a power distribution system, and that receives a gate signal at the MOSFET to control a current flowing between the power lines; an output timing generation part detecting a zero cross point of a voltage signal between the power lines to generate an output timing of the gate signal to the switching part; and a waveform pattern generation part generating the gate signal having a predetermined waveform pattern and outputting the generated gate signal to the switching part, on the basis of the output timing generated at the output timing generation part.
