PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an appropriate preamble type for each frame.SOLUTION: A wireless communication system comprises: a transmission/reception part calculating a reception parameter of a received first frame using a long preamble, and calculating a reception parameter for each frame after the received first frame; a preamble type determination part determining whether or not a difference between the reception parameter of the received frame and the reception parameter calculated at the first frame is a predetermined allowable value or less each time the frame is received, and in a case where the difference is the predetermined allowable value or less, outputting a determination result of using a short preamble to the received frame, and in a case where the difference is larger than the predetermined allowable value, outputting a determination result of using the long preamble to the received frame; and a controller performing control to notify a transmission side wireless communication device of the determination result at a receiving operation and to transmit the frame according to the preamble type designated by the determination result notified from a reception side wireless communication device at a transmission operation. |
