PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cordless telephone system capable of detecting wandering and the like with certainty by a very simple configuration without separately providing a special sensor for wandering detection and the like to a slave unit configuring the cordless telephone system.SOLUTION: A cordless telephone system comprises: a master unit 100 connected to a telephone line; and a slave unit 200 transmitting/receiving a radio wave to/from the master unit 100 via a wireless line. The slave unit 200 comprises: intensity measurement means 20 measuring radio wave intensity at the time when the radio wave transmitted by the master unit 100 is received; and control means 10 measuring a separation distance between the master unit 100 and the slave unit 200 on the basis of the measurement result of the intensity measurement means 20, and in the case that the separation distance becomes larger than a predetermined value, executing predetermined safety management processing. |
