PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both of convenience of an image forming apparatus and power saving.SOLUTION: An operation display part 12 of the image forming apparatus comprises: a position detection part 120 for detecting a position of a user in an indoor or the like in which the image forming apparatus is installed; a non-volatile memory (B) 180 for holding a setting value of a position detection range (specified range) of a user; and an operation part CPU 110 for turning on display of display media of a main power source LED 130, an alert LED 140, and an LCD panel 150 when the user is present in the predetermined range, and turning off the display of the display media when the user is not present in the specified range. |
