A power source controller (40) for controlling a vehicle (1) that travels using a power source system (30) that includes a first power source (31) and a second power source (32), wherein the power source controller (40) is provided with: a control means (40) for controlling the first power source and second power source so that the SOC (state of charge) of the first power source equals a first target amount, and the SOC of the second power source equals a second target amount; and a setting means (40) for setting the first target amount and the second target amount so that the first and second target amounts decreases as the vehicle increases in speed. The setting means sets the first target amount and the second target amount so that the rate at which the second target amount changes with respect to the vehicle speed is higher than the rate at which the first target amount changes with respect to the vehicle speed.
