<p>This reproduction and recording apparatus is provided with a rotary drive unit, an optical device, a storage unit, and a control unit. The control unit adjusts an interval, in the axial direction of an optical recording medium, between light beam spots of a first laser light and a second laser light, to the same interval, in the axial direction of the optical recording medium, as recording tracks of a recording layer. Furthermore, the control unit either makes the second laser light track a recording track on which information for the recording layer is recorded, and records information on the recording track via the first laser light, or makes a third laser light track a guide track of a guide layer, and records information on the recording track via the first laser light.</p> |
