The consumer (1) can enter details of what they require along with the picture that is uploaded and have it submitted for publication (4)(5)(6).When a supplier (2) has registered interest in sales opportunities on the website (4)(5), they will get notifications via electronic means (6) to go into their profile of the website (4)(5) to look at the picture. Non Registered suppliers (2) can also go to the website (4)(5) to look at opportunities available to supply (2) product or services. The suppliers (2) can then go to the website (4)(5) respond to the picture and have direct communications with the consumer (1) via the website(4)(5). This communications are private and one to one with the consumer (1) and can be an offer to provide the product and/or service or to decline the ability to supply the product.
